I recently had my transmission replaced in my 2017 Expedition due to harsh vibrations and rough shifting. Transmedics diagnosed the issue and even discovered some smaller issues with my car also. They sent pictures and estimates of the cost of repairs for each one. The entire process was easy and well communicated. They ordered the transmission and waited until they received it to set my appointment for replacement. I dropped my car off in the early morning using their overnight drop box. It took 1.5 days for the replacement which was faster than they originally quoted. They even took my car on a 20-30 mile road test (highway and city streets) to be sure everything was in working order before I picked it up. The prices were close to other shops in the area. I couldn't be happier with the whole process from start to finish. The transmission has a 3 year/ 100k mile warranty which is awesome. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone especially to people that have a hard time trusting a shop like I do. These guys will have my future business for years to come and I hope you give them a try when you have any car problems.

TransMedics is my go-to maintenance and repair shop for all things automotive. Whether transmission, fluid/oil change, or mechanical. Based on my previous experiences, I trust TransMedics to tell, show, and explain to me what's going on with my vehicle and how it should be corrected. There've been circumstances when advice has been "just a heads-up, nothing needed now, but just wanted you to be aware". If a prospective customer doesn't get that kind of support elsewhere, well, maybe it's time to make a change and give TransMedics a chance. You'll be glad you did...

I need the 10 speed on my Ford replaced. I got several estimates from different shops. Not only were the folks at TransMedics responsive and knowledgeable, their warranty was far superior AND they were the lowest cost! Didn't think that was possible. When I took my truck in for the repair, they did a full inspection, and found a couple oil leaks. They offered to do those for me, and gave me a very fair price. I've had a couple interactions since the repair and they've been wonderful to deal with, and have stood behind their work. It takes a lot for me to switch shops, but the folks here have earned my business, and I will be taking my cars here from here on out. Thanks for being so great!

I’ve left my vehicle here over night to get a diagnostic services a couple of times. I like the convenience of that, and they do a thorough job with the diagnostic. They provide an itemized list with photos of what they found, which is good. However when it comes to actually fixing any of the problems, both times I’ve went to them they have priced themselves way out of my range. This most recent time they wanted almost twice the price another local shop asked for to do the same repair. Don’t come here if you’re on a budget or expecting to get any deals.

TransMedics is great, a company you can trust! They were very thorough and making sure everything got done, from changing timing chain, distributor, replacing radiator, lower intake manifold, and servicing the transmission. Nick and Alan are great to work with and kept me informed every step of the way. You can’t go wrong with all your automotive repair needs!
